What kind of warranties do you provide?

FOR SERVICE CALL WARRANTIES

  • We offfer a six month workmanship warranty, covering any issues with the technicians installation of screen panels, bolts/screws, etc. 

FOR COMPLETE RESCREEN WARRANTIES

  • We offer a one year workmanship warranty, covering any issues with the technicians installation of screen panels, bolts/screws, doors/door-hardware etc. 

FOR RESTORATION WARRANTIES

  • We offer a two year workmanship warranty covering any issues with the technician/crews installation of screen panels, bolts/screws, doors/door-hardware, hurricane straps. The paint (excluding scratches, dents or any form of damage to the paint after job completion) will recieve a five year workmanship warranty, as apart of the walkthrough we address any concern's the customer's have with the paint, to fix them before job completion. Ensuring customer satisfaction before everything else.

The duration of the rescreening process depends on the size of your screen enclosure. We work efficiently to complete the job in a timely manner. On average a standard size cage with two professionals should only take one day.

We are committed to utilizing only the highest materials available for the pool enclosures, a particular emphasis on Phifer-made products, manufactured in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Additionally, we work with several other reputable screen producers across the States.
